Preconstruction services for the Project shall be, as defined in Education Code section 17400(b)(4), to include the services generally described below and as further outlined in the Master Facilities Lease, Exhibit I. Preconstruction Services are to include but are not limited to design/constructability and coordination review, field investigation, schedule and construction sequencing development, value engineering, BIM coordination, detailed cost estimating, including variables and options in order to meet District’s budget EBE goals, development of different trade bid package scopes of work, and bidding and preparation of the Total Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and lease payment schedule
