Welcome to all users of the PSA and PWM apps! Here is your central source for all training and support provided by SDUSD for both apps where you will find:

• Training Videos -  recordings of scripted and live training sessions available to all users. These sessions and their videos will be delivered and recorded on a regular basis, including any time new features are added to the apps. Whether you are a new or existing user, these videos will be ready for you to review on-demand at any time according to your schedule.
  
  
• User Guides - step-by-step instructions for using the apps. These user guides will expand on the training sessions and videos and give users more detailed instructions on how to perform their actions in the apps.
  
  
• News and Announcements - information about new releases or other important updates related to the apps. In addition to news about the apps delivered to your email, you can monitor this site for the latest about upcoming new features, planned maintenance, any all other news about the apps you will need to know.
  
  
• Support Requests - one-click access to contact the support team. If you ever need direct assistance with the apps for any reason, you can submit a request to the support team and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
